All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Cotswold Escapes. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us with a booking reference number. To secure your booking, a deposit, as specified at the time of booking, is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to your arrival date. For bookings made within 60 days of the arrival date, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
We accept payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit card, and bank transfer. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Cotswold Escapes reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed. Any additional services or amenities requested during your stay may incur additional charges, which will be added to your final bill.
When making a booking, you warrant that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to make your booking, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the booking. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received by the due date.
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing (via email) as soon as possible. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
In the event that Cotswold Escapes is forced to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., property damage, closure due to government regulations), we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay for a later date, subject to availability. We are not liable for any consequential losses or expenses incurred by you as a result of our cancellation.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover any potential losses due to cancellations, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Cotswold Escapes shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience which may occur during your stay, except where such loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience is caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings while you are staying at one of our properties. We recommend that you take out appropriate insurance to cover your personal belongings.
Cotswold Escapes acts only as an intermediary between you and the property owners or service providers. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third parties. Any complaints or issues arising during your stay should be directed to the property owner or service provider in the first instance. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving any disputes.
The content, design, graphics, and other materials on this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of the content on this website without our prior written consent. The Cotswold Escapes logo and trademark are owned by Willowbrook Luxury Getaways Ltd. and may not be used without our permission.
